Carmen Reservoir

Carmen Reservoir, nestled near Belknap Springs in the central Oregon Cascades, is a small, high-elevation impoundment within the Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project. Optimal fishing occurs late spring through early summer, coinciding with road accessibility and peak stocking. Access is often challenging via rough forest roads, with unimproved boat launches contingent on water levels.
